REFUND POLICY
Fusion Table & Lounge strives to provide exceptional dining and entertainment experiences. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing reservations, event bookings, and purchases made through our website.
Restaurant Dining
All food and beverage purchases are final once prepared and served. If you experience an issue with your order, please notify management immediately so we may address the concern.
Online Orders
If an online order cannot be fulfilled due to an issue on our part, a refund or credit will be issued to the original payment method.
No refunds will be issued for customer ordering errors after food preparation has begun.
Private Events and Reservations
Deposits paid to reserve private events, parties, special functions, or reserved spaces are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Customers may request one transfer of their reservation deposit to a future available date provided written notice is received at least thirty (30) days before the scheduled event date. All transfers are subject to venue availability and management approval. Requests to reschedule an event must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and management approval.
Special Events and Ticketed Experiences
Tickets purchased for special events, live entertainment, themed nights, karaoke events, promotional events, or ticketed experiences are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Fusion Table & Lounge.
Credit Card Disputes
Customers agree to contact Fusion Table & Lounge directly regarding any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Policy Changes
Fusion Table & Lounge reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this website.
